Contestants must submit BOTH a 15 second and a 30 second commercial for TaxSlayer.com. Both versions should have the same general concept and must contain items 1 - 3 below and should also feature a creative selection of some of the other points of emphasis.
1. TaxSlayer.com Name (must be mentioned a minimum of 5 times)
2. TaxSlayer.com Logo.
3. Start your return for free and only pay $9.95 for your Federal return when you are completely satisfied.
4. Why pay $59, $79 or $99 when you can pay $9.95 for a complete federal return.
5. A personal tax guide waiting to help you maximize your refund
6. Mention that the TaxSlayer software has calculated over one billion dollars in refunds for our customers.
7. TaxSlayer doesn’t try to up sell you to higher priced versions we give all our customers our best product at an affordable price.
8. Beware of companies that advertise their totally free offers. What you don’t know is that while they allow you to do your Federal return for free they then charge you for your State return.
9. Videos that contain racist, sexist, lewd, or vulgar material will be disqualified.
10. You must also comply with YouTube's rules of conduct.
The videos will be ranked by the YouTube audience. The 20 videos with the highest ranking on You Tube as of April 30, 2010 will be voted on by the TaxSlayer.com panel of judges.

Only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including District of Columbia) and people or individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
