Due August 1st, 2010 - The wakeboarding industry needs more producers that are looking to release full-length films. Web videos are great, but it's still tough to beat a 45-minute DVD that gets you really pumped to go out and ride. Think you have what it takes to be the next great wakeboarding video producer? From what we've seen on the Internet, there are a number of great budding producers out there. Here's a chance to showcase your production skills in the New Producer Video Contest brought to you by WakeWorld and WakeboardNebraska.

So what do you need to do to win? Simple. Make a wakeboarding video. Your entry MUST include the following:
    * A title graphic that includes "WakeboardNebraska & WakeWorld present New Producer Video Contest"
    * Some sort of creative use of WakeboardNebraska somewhere within your composition. Get creative. Click here to download logos.
    * Music credits at the end
    * Music clearance contract for all music used in the video (sample contract attached below)

We're looking for a hungry, up-and-coming video prodigy to produce a wakeboarding video to blow the minds of the wake world, but we're not asking you to do it for free. Check out the great prizes below!

The grand prize winner will enjoy a trip to Orlando, Florida and an opportunity to film with some of the top riders alongside Ronnie Romero. At the end of the film shoot, you will be asked to compile the footage that both you and Ronnie shoot and put together a short feature for all to enjoy on the interweb!

Not only that, but Byerly Boards is stepping up to setup the grand prize winner with a Byerly board and binding package and a meet and greet with Scott Byerly himself!!

Eligibility
If you have never released a major wake video title, then you are eligible. Submissions are accepted from anyone. However, in order to be eligible for the grand prize, you must live in the continental U.S. to keep the travel costs within reason.
