Due November 19th, 2010 - Are you a current college student or recent college graduate looking for your first big career break? Would you like to travel the world, work and meet new people and set yourself apart in the crowded job market?
The “Sip of Success” contest offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience a unique and thrilling adventure in the Tea Industry that will span four countries; India, Sri Lanka, Kenya, and the USA.
Contestants can create a two-minute video showing their passion for tea and knowledge of its many health benefits, and upload it for a chance to win this exciting prize.

Prizes
The Tea Council of the USA “Sip of Success” program is offering a once-in-a-lifetime internship for a college student or graduate to prepare for a great career and experience a unique and thrilling adventure in the Tea Industry that will span four countries; India, Sri Lanka, Kenya, and the U.S.
COMPENSATION: All travel and lodging expenses will be covered. Interns will receive a small stipend.
JOB DUTIES:
· During the internship abroad the winner will learn about all aspects of tea cultivation, processing and appreciation (cupping).
· The intensive training will occur in India with familiarization tours taking place in Sri Lanka and Kenya. The intern will live in Tea Estate Bungalows where all meals will be provided.
· To top off the experience, the winner will participate in the U.S. portion of the Dream Job internship at SalonTea, under the tutelage of nationally known tea entrepreneur Tracy Stern, learning branding and tea manufacturing.
Eligibility
You must be a legal resident of the United States of America and Puerto Rico, and a college student or recent graduate who is at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
