Prizes

Phase I Finalist Prizes
Ten Phase I Finalists will receive two (2) VIP passes to the 2012 ESPN Summer X Games to be held in Los Angeles, CA, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of US$2,000 per VIP pass. The prize includes paid travel arrangements to Los Angeles, CA and hotel accommodations.

Phase II Finalist Prizes
Five Phase II Finalists will each receive paid travel arrangements to Santa Monica, CA and hotel accommodations.

Second Prizes
Four Second Prize Winners will each receive a check in the amount of $1000.

First Prize
One First Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of $5000.

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada, who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at time of entry.
