British Columbia students, how do you keep workers safe?

Due March 22nd, 2019 - Submit your original production for a chance to win cash!
Theme: You’re the employer: How do you keep your young workers safe?
It’s your day to be in charge! Put yourself in the shoes of the big cheese, the head honcho, the top brass. How would you make sure your young workers stay safe and healthy and are protected from injury and disease? Think about what your responsibilities are as an employer, what your workers are entitled to, and the kind of environment you want to create for young people who are just entering the workforce. Got a clever approach? Even better!
The theme of this year’s contest — “You’re the employer: How do you keep your young workers safe?” — challenges students to create a video that explores the topic of employers’ health and safety responsibilities when hiring and employing workers under the age of 25. Think about what young workers need from their employers and the circumstances that may be unique when hiring and employing people who have little to no experience on the job.
Entries should be no more than 2-minutes in length.
