Due February 18th, 2019 - The Clear the Air Film Fest showcases student-produced short films that address topics on environmental health and lung health in the community, with a goal of encouraging young people to use film as a medium to interpret and change the world around them.

Professional and amateur filmmakers who are not students may submit films to the General Public competition. Winners MUST be present at the screening and should be prepared to speak to the student filmmakers about their creative process.

All student filmmakers have the option to submit a short film (must be 3-5 minutes in length) or PSA (must be between 30 and 90 seconds in length). General public filmmakers may only submit a short film.

All video submissions must address one of the following topics:

 Effects of pollution
 Indoor air quality
 Climate change and its impacts
 Protecting the environment
Tobacco Prevention – “Be The First”
