Due November 18th, 2013 - If you love the idea of combining tastes and techniques from all over Asia, the Indi Chef Asian Fusion challenge is for you. Create a dish that is inspired by a combination of Asian cooking cuisines and then add your own distinctive touch. The people at Indi are looking for unique and interesting styles and a dish that everyone will want to re-create.

Video Guidelines
   * Please make sure your video is an original created for Indi.com. The best way to do this is to mention Indi at the beginning. (This expedites the submission process significantly).
   * Keep your video under 5 minutes. If you're using your phone, make sure to shoot your video horizontally (ie. sideways).
   * Create a dish with Asian influence (the dish can be a starter, main dish, or dessert).
   * Highlight your creativity and tell us where your art of cooking comes from.
   * Include stories about yourself and your love for cooking.
