Due October 13th, 2013 - If you have a loved one who has battled breast cancer, giving back has never been easier. Mohawk Flooring wants to do their part for Breast Cancer Awareness month by giving someone a Dream Room Makeover!

We all have a story and here is your chance to nominate a breast cancer survivor in your life so that their story of courage and strength can inspire others through the Mohawk Flooring Survivor Spotlight Video Contest.

It’s as simple as creating a :60 second video sharing why your hero deserves to win. One grand prize winner will receive a Dream Room Makeover and other selected nominees will be awarded a luxurious 6’x9’ SmartStrand Silk area rug.

Finalist Prizes
Selected Finalists will receive their choice of a 6’ x 9’ SmartStrand Silk bound carpet.

Grand Prize
A Dream Room Makeover consisting of a 2-hour Designer Phone Consultation, a 9’ x 12’ SmartStrand area rug and a $500 Visa gift card to purchase home dècor.

Eligibility
Only open to breast cancer survivors, who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. In order to be eligible to nominate someone for this Contest, you must be at least 13 years of age or older and be physically located in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
