Eligibility
Only open to legal residents of the 50 United States & District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of 10/28/13. Contest entrants must additionally be: 1) currently attending a 2 or 4-year college and/or university that uses a Higher One service as a full or part-time undergraduate or graduate student; OR 2) an existing Higher One checking account holder.
