Due December 15th, 2013 - Show your creativity by creating a compelling YouTube video that is educational and/or promotes positive behaviours regarding "Water - Our Most Precious Resource" in keeping with the principles of Green Planet 4 Kids.

This year's theme is on the protection and conservation of drinking water and what everyone can do to ensure that the 2% of the earth's fresh water will be around for future generations. They are looking for messages that will put responsibility on every single person to do their part. This can include tips on how to conserve by your own personal water consumption, or ways to ensure that the water supplies we have do not get contaminated.

Videos can be funny or serious, real or animated. They should be a minimum of 30 seconds and a maximum of 3 minutes long. The floor is wide open for you to show your ingenuity and ability to both entertain and educate us. The best video will be chosen by popular vote from the public, so once your entry has been accepted, promote your video to your family and friends.

Prizes
The entry with the most votes will win $5000 CN, split 50/50 between the person/team that submitted the video and the registered school that was chosen and named on the entry.

Eligibility
Contest is open to any person or team of not more than 5 people and any registered school within Canada & the US except where prohibited by law. (Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and New York.)
