Due January 22nd, 2014 - Visit California is a nonprofit organization with a mission to develop and maintain marketing programs – in partnership with the state’s travel industry – that keep California top-of-mind as a premier travel destination. Tourism is California’s fourth largest employer and fifth largest contributor to the gross state product.

Visit California is launching a new digital brand initiative focused on content that will be sourced from original content creators along with curating existing content. Through a robust content strategy, Visit California will showcase the state’s abundance and unique lifestyle, bringing to life its new messaging platform and consumer promise.

Videos created through this engagement should drive desire for the California experience through innovative, emotional and compelling storytelling and inspire travelers to choose California as their place to dream big for their next vacation. We want to show the world that California is a place where anything is possible, whether you live in California or are just visiting for a short time. A place that always inspires you to try new things.
