Due August 30th, 2014 - The National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA) wants to hear how you are keeping "Life Moving Forward" through their Play It Forward Video Contest. 

The NMEDA team wants to encourage the community living with disabilities to keep Life Moving Forward through your favorite activity. 

Video Guidelines
 * Make sure the video is high quality and horizontal, no longer than a minute, and the person is in the center.
 * Say "Hello, my name is (first name only), and I Live My Life Moving Forward by _____________." From there, you have a minute to demonstrate the action on camera.

Prizes

Grand Prizes
MULTIPLE ENTRANTS HAVE THE CHANCE to be featured in upcoming promotions. Those entrants selected by NMEDA for video use will receive a cash prize of $500.

Fan Favorite Prize
The entrant who receives the most votes by August 30th is guaranteed to be featured, and will also receive a $500 cash prize.
