Due August 31st, 2014 - If you've ever wanted to make a movie, this is your big chance. Media Factory Inc. (MFI) wants to make your movie! 

If you've got a great idea for a film, create an amazing 60-second video pitch that best represents what the story will be about. Your pitch or trailer should be intriguing and well-made. Your goal is to make the audience want more, which will increase your number of votes and chance to be in the top 5 semi-finals.

There is submission free of $17 CAN per pitch, processed through PayPal.

Prizes

Grand Prize
Your feature film will be 100% financed by MFI. Additionally, the finished product will then have the opportunity to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival. While MFI will hold the rights to the final film, the winning team will receive 10% of the profits.

Eligibility
Pitches may be submitted by team that should only consist of one Director, one Producer and one Writer. Or they can be submitted by an individual who should be comfortable doing all three. Applicants must be at least 15 years of age with consent from a guardian under the age of 18 years of age. This contest is not limited to Canadian Residents; anyone over the age limit may apply. However the film will be shot in Canada and winner must be present throughout the production process.
