Due January 31st, 2015 - Propane is a liquefied gas. And this means that the pressure above the liquid is only dependent on the liquid temperature. So whether a BBQ 20 pound capacity tank is full or nearly empty, provided both tanks are at the same temperature, the pressure of the gas above the liquid will be the same.

Propane GasGenie wants your help to increase understanding as widely as possible that pressure is not a guide to volume of gas remaining in a BBQ propane tank. They are asking you to create a video that demonstrates this fact so that consumers can make a better choice when looking for a way to tell when their tank is getting low.
