Propose a one-minute film about the environment.
Due August 17th, 2015 - tve biomovies is a film competition now in its sixth year, and open to everyone around the world with access to a camera. You could receive US$300 to produce a one-minute film about the environment. Which bit of the environment? Choose a category and decide. Your film could be funny or serious, an animation, a drama or a documentary.

* The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Green Economy Prize (open only to citizens of the EBRD's 64 member states)
Your proposal is due 17 August 2015. If you're chosen as a Finalist, the deadline for the delivery of the final films will be 12 October 2015.

A judging panel will select the best three proposals in each category and provide funding of US$300 to help you make your film. Funding will only be awarded on delivery of the film. The deadline for the delivery of the final films is 12 October.
After final films are submitted, one Grand Prize winner will be chosen in each category to receive US$1500!
This competition is open to any person of any age, in any country (except for the EBRD category). Pitches will only be accepted in English, French, Russian or Spanish.
