Due July 15th, 2015 - Presented by the American Institute of Architects, the Look Up Film Challenge is your breakthrough opportunity to make a short film about how architects and their work enrich our personal lives and our community, from homes to open spaces, in every city across the country.
In the process, you’ll showcase your own talents by telling a story that enlightens and inspires and can change the world by changing perceptions. Architects create the unique spaces that surround us. Filmmakers create a sense of wonder. This summer, you're challenged to unite in the ultimate creative collaboration.
The Challenge: 16 days to produce one short film
The Look Up Film Challenge is a timed film competition that challenges you to make a short film about how architects and their work enrich our personal lives and our community—from homes to open spaces—in every city across the country. Register to participate by July 15th, then you will receive an email with the film challenge prompt on July 17th. You have 16-days to create a short documentary (3-5 minutes) that brings this prompt to life.

Challenge Period: July 17th - August 3rd
Judging Period: August 3rd - September 29th

Open to filmmakers in the United States. Teams must be made up of 1 to 3 individuals.
Share the most extreme moments of an adventure outside of the United States with friends and family back home. It could be adventure sports, unbelievable sights, or exotic food, but you'll know it's extreme when it totally freaks out your parents.
