Due April 30th, 2017 - Every day, youth are bombarded with mixed messages about drugs and alcohol. At Natural High, they believe in a new social norm – one that empowers you to pursue your passions, and live a life you love, free from an artificial high.

Through making a 1-2 minute original video or writing an essay, show how you’re living a naturally high lifestyle and how it’s helping you live a life you love.

Both videos & essays will need to include the following information in order to be eligible to win:
 1) How you are living a naturally high lifestyle
 2) How you are inspiring others to discover their natural high
 3) Identify your natural high: ‘My name is ____ and _____ is my natural high.’
 4) Name at least one role model related to your natural high and how they inspire you.

Prizes

Finalist Prizes
The top four entrants (Best Video from both Middle School and High School entrants and Best Essay from both Middle School and High School entrants) will each receive a $250 grant, to be used in pursuit of their natural high.

Grand Prize
Of the four first prize winners, one entry will be selected for the grand prize including:
 - An all-expense paid trip to San Diego in September
 - Be a part of our next celebrity filming
 - A Natural High "Do What You Love" T-shirt
 - Natural High merchandise

Eligibility
Open to US students in grades 5 through 12.
