Due September 11th, 2017 - Through the use of compelling stories create engaging, fun and shareable videos that highlight Planet Hollywood & The LINQ’s newly renovated rooms.

What does a Bachelorette party, a 35th birthday celebration, a friends’ reunion, and a girl’s getaway weekend all have in common? These are all exciting and memorable experiences that should take place in Las Vegas and more importantly at a Caesars Entertainment (CET) property. Specifically, they are talking about Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and The LINQ. Both properties offer top of the line amenities, allowing guests to leave their worries at the door and focus on what’s most important -- having an awesome time!

Caesars needs your help to create fun, vibrant, and exciting videos that show how Planet Hollywood and The LINQ contribute to the best Las Vegas experience through their world class amenities and exquisite newly renovated rooms.

While Tongal wants to utilize the beautiful imagery of these two hotels and their amazing amenities, they do NOT want the standard, run of the mill hotel sizzle reel. Your videos should tell an interesting, unique, and original story about the on-property experiences at Planet Hollywood and The LINQ. The Sponsor is asking that your Concept submissions incorporate one of the following scenarios:

Girls’ Weekend (must take place at Planet Hollywood)
Friends’ Weekend (mix of guys and girls and must take place at The LINQ)

The Pitch winner will be required to shoot a separate video for each of the winning Concepts based on the above scenarios. The winning production team will receive accommodations at one of the properties during the shoot.

The goal of this project is to create an entertaining and engaging video suite that highlights Planet Hollywood and The LINQ world class amenities and newly renovated rooms. Aside from showcasing Planet Hollywood and The LINQ, your Videos should also communicate that Las Vegas is the ultimate destination for groups of friends looking to create fun, exciting and memorable experiences.

Prizes

Pitch Awards (Submissions due 9/11/17)
The most compelling Pitch will be selected and, upon submitting the Winner’s Affidavit and the IP Assignment, will receive $24,000 to help create the Videos. Additionally, upon submitting a Video that satisfies the criteria laid out in your winning Pitch, the Pitch winner will also be GUARANTEED a winning place in the subsequent Video Phase.

Pre-Production (Due 11/5/17)
The Pitch Winner from the Pitch Phase will enter the Pre-Production Phase, which means you will be required to submit certain items for Approval before moving onto the Video Phase.

These items are:
   *SCRIPT
   *CASTING/HEADSHOT
   *STORYBOARD
   *WARDROBE

Video Awards (Due 11/26/17)
Once the Pre-Production Phase is complete, the Pitch Winner will create 2 Master Videos, up to 2-minutes in length, with Four :60-second cutdowns, Two :30-second cutdowns, Two :15-second cutdowns, along with 10 still images based upon their winning Pitch. The winner of the Video Phase will earn the 1st place of $24,000.

Revisions (Due 12/21/18)
Once the Video Phase has closed, the winning submitters will enter the Revisions Phase. During this phase, filmmakers will perform reasonable edits on their Videos according to the Sponsor’s feedback. Once the Videos are finalized, the Sponsor will rank the Videos and winners will be announced.

Open to Tongal community members (it's free to register!), ages 13 and older.
