Stabia in Frame Young Video Contest 2026

Show Castellammare di Stabia through a young creator’s lens

Stabia in Frame is looking for videos that make the Italian city more than a backdrop. Its streets, people, culture, sport, memory, or everyday life should be a recognizable part of the story. Traditional short films are welcome, but so are documentaries, music videos, animation, experiments, and smartphone work.

Contest details

• Deadline: November 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. local time.
• Who can enter: Creators ages 34 and younger, individually or as a group. There is no stated residency restriction. A parent or guardian must enter for a minor.
• Entry fee: Free.
• Prize: An official Stabia in Frame statuette and possible screening during the International Sport Film Festival, held November 23–28, with the final scheduled for November 27.
• Video format: MP4 or MOV up to 2GB, vertical or horizontal, in Full HD or 4K. The rules do not set a maximum running time.

How to enter

Create one original work in an accepted style—short film, documentary, reportage, portrait, music video, animation, experimental work, or smartphone video—and submit it through the organizer’s official process. Castellammare di Stabia must be substantial and recognizable in the finished piece.

Rights terms

Entrants retain ownership while granting the organizer a non-exclusive license for contest and festival use under the published rules. Creators remain responsible for music, footage, likenesses, and any other third-party material.
