• Deadline: November 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
• Who can enter: Students in grades 9–12 within the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, covering Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Entry fee: Free.
• Prize: One winner will be honored during a naturalization ceremony in the winner’s home district or division. The winning video will be shown at Third Circuit naturalization ceremonies and featured on court websites and related social channels.
